About 100 companies from Nigeria and 15 other countries will be part of the Luxury Living Africa Property Exhibition, according to the organisers.

In a statement, the organisers, Campaign Hype Limited, said the exhibition was aimed at creating a platform for business promotion, investment opportunities and market development for all stakeholders in the real estate sector.

The statement added that while exhibitors would have an opportunity to showcase their latest projects, products and services, visitors would be exposed to products and services to serve their property needs.

The Minister of Lands, Housing and Urban Development, Ms. Amma Pepple, is expected to declare the event open and highlight various government policies and developments as well as opportunities for stakeholders in the nation’s real sector industry.

The Commissioner for Housing in Lagos State, Mr. Bosun Jeje, according to the statement, is also expected to attend the event.

The Head, Organising Team, Luxury Living Africa Property Exhibition, Mr. Steve Ike, said exhibitions had been proven to generate more sale prospects per spending budget than almost any other form of marketing or promotional activity.

He said, “Even in the new age of technology-led communication, social media and the mobile Internet, face-to-face interactions are still very key to fostering profitable business relationships.”
