Sage Homes, a subsidiary of the Ambassage Group, has said it is committed to bridging the housing gap by providing luxury homes for the high-end individuals.
The General Manager, Mr. Akinwale Ojomo, stated this at a briefing to unveil Almond Court, the company’s new development within Alma Beach Estate in the Lekki area of Lagos State.
According to him, the company builds for those who take pleasure in opulence and exclusive lifestyle.
“Our unique selling point remains our ability to deliver on our promise, manage our facilities and avoid inferior materials,” he said.
He added that the Almond Court would be one block of four semi-detached triplexes on an area of 1,300 square metres of land with high standard facilities.
“Our goal is to build and sell at affordable prices even though we build luxury homes; so, we try to be creative,” he said.
He added that the construction would be completed by the first quarter of 2015.
The Marketing Manager of the firm, Mr. Rotimi Braimoh, said despite being known for building luxury homes, the company was also looking into developing homes for the middle and low-income earners.
“The management is trying to tap into what the Federal Government is doing to provide affordable housing. We are looking at ways we can have a Public-Private Partnership with the relevant government parastatals. We are trying to also build a mortgage plan that is tailored to fit each class of subscriber,” he said.
