As part of its efforts at rewarding brand loyalty and enhancing customer satisfaction, Cryslad Group, a haulage, distribution and warehousing company, has rewarded its customers with various prizes ranging from cars, trucks, tricycles and other items.

Speaking during a prize/award ceremony to mark the end of the year business transaction for 2012, the Managing Director, Cryslad Group, Mr. Banjo Onalobi, stressed that the exercise was the company’s corporate social responsibility of rewarding its customers who have remained loyal.

Onalobi tagged the exercise ‘Buy big win big’ and said it was a way of appreciating the customers and assuring them of better services in the new year.

He said Nigeria had a robust and flourishing business climate through its large markets, but lamented that the opportunities had been left in the hands of the Chinese and Indians, saying  that as a result, the growth of indigenous businesses had seriously been hampered, leading to high rate of unemployment.

He also attributed the successes of his company to the fact that it held customer satisfaction in a very high esteem with its over 250 employees, stressing that the firm had put in place measures to make it more customer friendly.

Onalobi advised customers that for their businesses to grow, they must always organise their stores and take proper stock of their goods so as to avoid stocking expired goods.

“This is our 2012 end of year customer appreciation awards and prize-giving ceremony to appreciate our customers because they are the reason we are still in business. Any business without a strong customer base is bound to fail.

“We organise this annual event as part of our corporate social responsibility at ensuring that both the company and the customers grow together,” he said.
